2.Set bar code number in the stock master and

Learning Objective : Print bar code in the following modules

At [Stock Setup], click [Stock Master], Fig 1 will appear below

To print bar code label sticker,

At Fig 1

[1] Highlight on a selected stock code

[2] Click [Bar code]

Fig 2 will appear

At Fig 2,

[3] Enter the quantity to print

[4] Tick on the printer connected to your computer

[5] Click [OK]

1.Sales Order

To print barcode label after recording a sales order,

[1] Highlight a selected sales order

[2] Click [Barcode]

[3] Enter the copies required

[4] Click your bar code printer model

[5] Click [OK]

Note :
If this sales order trigger a purchase order, you can print the barcode
label here or at Purchase order below

2.Supplier Purchase Order

After entering the supplier purchase order, to print bar code label in advance

[1] Highlight the supplier purchase order record

[2] Click [Barcode]

[3] Default quantity of stocks in the supplier delivery order
Change the quantity if require

[4] Select your barcode printer model

[5] Click [OK]

Note :
If you issue a purchase order without linking from sales order, print bar code label from here

3.Supplier Delivery Order

After entering the supplier delivery order,

[1] Highlight the supplier delivery order record

[2] Click [Barcode]

[3] Default quantity of stocks in the supplier delivery order
Change the quantity if require

[4] Select your barcode printer model

[5] Click [OK]

Note :
If this delivery order is linked from the purchase order above,
you can print the bar code label here or from purchase order module

4.Supplier invoice

After entering the supplier invoice,

[1] Highlight the supplier invoice

[2] Click [Barcode]

[3] Default quantity of stocks in the supplier invoice
Change the quantity if require

[4] Select your barcode printer model

[5] Click [OK]

Note :
If this supplier invoice is linked from the delivery order or purchase order above,
you can print the bar code label here or from purchase order module

5.Stock Journal

For finished goods (self assembled) stocks, print bar code from stock journal

[1] Highlight the selected stock journal

[2] Click [Barcode]

[3] Default quantity of stocks in the supplier invoice
Change the quantity if require

[4] Select your barcode printer model

[5] Click [OK]

Issue out stock using bar code from the following modules

1.Point of Sales

2.Customer delivery order

3.Customer invoice

4.Picking list
